Welcome to High Country Unitarian
Universalist Fellowship!
HCUUF
makes a special effort to welcome newcomers and help them find
ways in which they can participate in the life of our
Fellowship.
A
welcome table is located in the foyer of the Summit County
Senior and Community Center every Sunday to welcome visitors and
newcomers. Visitors are encouraged to sign up for the
Fellowship’s newsletter, which is emailed or sent via USPS
weekly to update individuals about current activities.
Briefly,
What is UU? Classes are held after services on a regular
basis, as are Path to Membership classes. To learn about the
schedule for these learning opportunities, please consult the
HCUUF calendar (calendar.yahoo.com/hcuuf)
or contact the HCUUF office at
hcuuf@earthlink.net.
Various
social events are held throughout the year, including circle
suppers, book clubs, and evening potlucks. These events provide
an excellent opportunity to get to know each other and members
of the Fellowship.
Child
care and Religious Education (RE) are offered weekly during
worship services.
Guest Registry
By filling out our guest registry, you can get on our
mailing list and stay better informed about the
activities of HCUUF. You can download a PDF of this
right now, then please leave it on the welcome table in
the foyer at Sunday Services or mail to PO Box 313,
Dillon, CO 80435 [link go
Guest
Registry form].
Path to
Membership
Becoming
a member at High Country UU Fellowship involves taking a "New UU
Class" (offered several times throughout the year), pledging to
make a monetary contribution, participating as a volunteer for
the good of the Fellowship, and signing our Membership Book. By
doing so, you become a part of a committed and loving group of
people, who will embrace your family and you on your spiritual
paths (wherever you happen to be on it).
For
further information about joining HCUUF, please contact the
HCUUF office at
hcuuf@earthlink.net.
